This 30-day money-back guarantee only applies to individual surfboard fin sets that are priced at $75.00 or more (excludes clearance and sale items) and have been purchased only online and only at usedsurf.com
If you purchase the fins and have decided that you wish to return them you:
- must do so within 30 days of your purchase from the website usedsurf.com (in-store purchase do not qualify for this policy)
- must contact us via email at sales@usedsurf.com with good photos of the FRONT AND BACK of the fins in their current state and a request to return for a full refund. Fins that have been damaged with chips and/or nicks in them will not be accepted for return (fin screw marks and surface scratches are fine).
Fins cannot be swapped out, ONLY returned for a refund. When they are accepted for a return you will receive a return authorization number as well as be emailed a return label that you need to print out and adhere on to an envelope. Upon being emailed the label you will have 10 days to mail out the package containing the fins that you wish to return. Any longer and the return will expire and you will not be able to return for a refund.
You will be refunded promptly upon receiving them at Usedsurf. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to be processed and funds to be returned.
